Feed a Child at School
17% of Vietnam’s children in kindergarden and of preparatory school age face the threat of malnutrition. The Vietnamese government looks to kindergardens and prep schools to assist families with providing meals to children.
Phoenix School’s menus are planned according to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) recommendations based on the Nutrient Standards Menu Planning (NSMP) as well as the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for school lunches. Click here to download a PDF of a week’s full menu.
